Teamon Ocenus Chancellor

Teamon Ocenus Chancellor was born January 5th, 1933 to John Clint "Pugy" and Bertie Viola (Underwood) Chancellor in Clayton, Oklahoma. He was the youngest of four children. He graduated from Clayton High School, then enlisted in the United States Air Force to serve his country. He met and married Buhela Fay Ridenour in 1956 and raised five children. Later in life, he had another daughter, Judy. Making the Air Force his career, he and his family traveled across the United States and even overseas to France. In 2006, he married Barbara Clark and his family grew more. After retiring from the Air Force, Teamon moved his family back to his hometown of Clayton, Ok. Teamon went to work for Bill Padgett and also ran the projectors at Padgett's Drive Inn. He then went to hauling pallets for the Choctaw Pallet Co. After that, he opened the Conoco Station in Clayton. Later he went to work for Oklahoma Western Telephone Co. Teamon loved working on his place and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved electric trains, race cars, his little dogs, Chance and Pixie, and watching his grandchildren play ball. Teamon is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; Jeannie Little and Jeff Brock of Clayton, Ok; Jackie and Puff Erwin of Clayton, Ok; Jim and Deanna Chancellor of Falfa, Ok; Jeamon and Janet Chancellor of Buffalo Valley, Ok; John and Cindy Chancellor of Talihina, Ok; Judy and Greg Pitts of Anna, Tx; Mike and Tammy Hutson of Spokan Valley, Wa; Wendy and Kenny Ratliff of Jackfork, Ok; Kim Cheek of Gowen, Ok; twenty one grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; and one great great grandson; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Teamon is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Kathleen Chancellor, Dorothy Keener, and Marie Swindell; granddaughter, Bonnie Daugherty; and great grandson, Daniel Ratliff. Pallbearers will be Jared Chancellor, Jeadon Chancellor, JD Chancellor, Jordan Chancellor, Jacob Chancellor, Dylan Chancellor, Veronica Jboy, Bob Holt, Guy Richison, and Jerry Woods. Visitation will be on Monday, April 19th, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Old Town Tuskahoma Cemetery in Tuskahoma, Ok. with Bro. Gary Fuller officiating. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, Oklahoma.
