Billy Hugh Moore Jr. was born on August 20th, 1969 to Dewena (McIntosh) Moore and Billy Hugh Moore Sr. in Talihina, Oklahoma. Billy loved to hunt, fish, and especially go noodling with Jamie, Gavin and Henry. He loved being a goof ball and playing jokes on people. He also loved spending time with family and friends, especially Briar, Colton and Little Cha-Cha. He had a very unique laugh that you could hear over anyone, you could always pick him out of the crowd. Billy was a person that you will never forget, he was loved by so many and will be missed by all. Billy is survived by his mother, Dewena Moore; sister, Elizabeth and husband Kenny Ludlow; nephew, Ryan Ludlow; niece, Katelyn Ludlow; great nephews, Kenyon and Bryant (Cha Cha) Ludlow; cousins, Coy and Whitney Stephens, Aidon and Camdon Stephens, Tamara Walker, Jeremy Whitlock, Brian and Colton Walker, Bradley and Tina Burnett, Jesse Clyde and Carolyn, Johnny, Jana, Joey, Jimmy and James Crites, Susie Fassio Ogren, and Bobby Fassio, Sam and Becca Brunson, Andrew and Shelia Wade, John and Acy Goggins, Jennifer and Bella; aunts, Edna Vannoy and Toneva Brunson; sister's in law, Lavernia Ludlow, Cheryl Ludlow Mills, Stella and Chester Dennis, Shellie Dennis, Casi Dennis Miller, Brownie and Louis McIntosh and Alma Pickle; special cousin, Corie Wall, Nyesa Cathey, Veronica Anthony and (Pootie) Lillie Brunson; and many many friends. Billy is preceded in death by his father, Bill Moore, grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles; Anthony McIntosh, Jesse Brunson, John Crites, Paul Vannoy, Uriah Stephens; aunts, Trudy McIntosh, Peggy Fassio, and Clara Crites; and special friend, Henry Cathey Pallbearers will be Jesse Clyde Brunson, Scottie Russell, Delbert King, Coy Stephens, Bradley Burnett, Andrew Wade, and Ray Green. Honorary Pallbearers are Troy McIntosh, Jamie Russell, Gavin Russell, Jeremy Whitlock, Colton Walker, Briar Walker, Anthony Brunson, Jamie Crites, Jimmy Crites, Joe Crites, Johnny Crites, and Mark Blemmel. Graveside Services will be at 2:00pm on Saturday December 21st, 2019 at the Old CIty Cemetery in Talihina, Oklahoma with Bro. Kenny Bryant officiating. Visitation will be on Friday December 20th, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, Oklahoma.
