Larry Junior Kennedy

January 17, 1954 - May 9, 2020

Larry Junior Kennedy ended his shift on May 9th, 2020. He began his shift on January 17th, 1954. He was the youngest son of the late R.D. (Boss) and Crin Kennedy. He married his best friend and love of his life, Regina Sage Kennedy on June 22nd, 1974. Larry is survived by his wife, Regina, of the home; son, Jason and wife Jennifer Kennedy of Buffalo Valley, OK, and son, Raymond and wife Carrie Kennedy of Muse, OK. He dearly loved his four granddaughters, Kierstyn, Paisley, Emary, and Jaycee, and one grandson, Ryland. He is survived by brother, James Robert Kennedy and partner, Kathy of Possum Kingdom, TX; brother, Johnny and wife Laverne Kennedy of Buffalo Valley, OK, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large host of friends. Larry spent his life working with kids and his community. He served as a T-Ball coach for 6 years, Boy Scout leader for 5 years, Firefighter for 35 years and an EMT for 25 years. There is a large hole in our hearts and community. See you in a little bit! Rest awhile! The family would like to request that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Buffalo Valley Volunteer Fire Department. There is an account at the Community State Bank where donations can be made. The Family will be providing a memorial service will be on Thursday, May 14th, 2020 at 11:00AM at the Yanush Assembly of God Church with Bro. Dustin Grammar and Chaplain Bro. Rodney Tate officiating. Friends and Family are all welcome. Cremations services are being provided by McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina.
