Carl Edward McIntosh Sr. was born on October 17th, 1939 to Clora Marie Robinson and Carl McIntosh in Talihina, Oklahoma. Carl served in the U.S. Army, after getting out of the Army, Carl worked as a X ray Tech on the pipeline. He then worked as a Deputy Sheriff at the Latimer County Sheriff's Department. Carl loved to fish and camp and had a heart for all types of animals. He also enjoyed to go to flea markets and garage sales, always looking for a good bargain. Carl was a member of the Talihina Assembly of God Church. He enjoyed visiting with friends and could be found somewhere telling a joke to someone. Carl passed away from this life on Monday December 2nd, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Carl is survived by his son, Carl and wife Larrea McIntosh of Tulsa, OK; son, Brian and wife Julie McIntosh of Parsons, KS; son, James Walker of Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Stephanie McIntosh of Spiro, OK; brother, Alvin "Brownie" McIntosh of Ft. Gibson, OK; sister, Stella and husband Chester Dennis of Clayton, OK; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Carl is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patsy McIntosh; daughter, Geri Lynn McIntosh; and sister, Coreen Sabala. Services will be on Saturday December 7th, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Talihina Assembly of God Church with Bro. Kenny Bryant officiating. No interment will follow the service, Carl will rest in the Old Talihina Cemetery. Services are entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, Oklahoma.
